01Why just €45/hour?

Because it's honest. Agencies sell you €1,000–3,000 packages to cover sales, account managers, PMs, margin and unworked hours. WPfix is a developer, not an agency. I worked 30 minutes? You pay 30 minutes.
02How does a request work?

Write what you need. You get a written estimate within 48 working hours. Accept and we're off — billed in real minutes, short note of what was done.
03Is there a minimum or a contract?

No. No monthly minimum, no retainer, no yearly contract. You pay only for work actually done, task by task.
04Do you work only on WordPress?

Yes. Specialisation since 2019. Custom themes, Gutenberg, ACF, Elementor, WPML, WooCommerce when needed. With a frontend background since 2006, design-to-code is solid too.
05How does billing work?

Every 30 real minutes of work, not a second more. Bank transfer, Italian VAT invoice.
06Can you take over a site built by someone else?

Yes. It always starts with a 1–2 hour audit to understand how it was built, then work begins. Trivial fixes often emerge that the previous agency was billing as gold.
07Do you guarantee the work?

Yes. Backup before every change, staging when needed, free fix if something WPfix touched stops working.
08How fast do you reply?

Within 48 working hours for an estimate. For urgent work on sites already in my care, usually same day.
09Do I talk to you directly or through an account?

Directly with Filippo Tinnirello, who reads, estimates, works and replies. No filters.
10Do you also work on performance and site speed?

Yes. LCP, CLS, FID optimisation, WebP images, lazy loading, caching, render-blocking removal. If your site is slow, the audit usually pinpoints the cause fast.
