I do it, test on desktop and mobile, and send you the report of what was done. I bill the real 30 minutes, not one more.

Yes. I bill in real 30-minute blocks: a 20-minute edit costs 30 minutes of work, €22,50. No minimum order, no plan to activate, no endless ticket.
02Do I need to explain the whole site or just the edit?

Just the edit. The page URL and a description — ideally with a screenshot — of what you want changed is enough. If I need to understand how the page was built, that's on me.
03What if I need another edit later?

Send a new task, get a new written estimate, we start again. No package to finish, no expiring retainer: you only pay for work done, every time.
04Do you also handle things bigger than a banner or a popup?

Yes. From moving a footer to building new features — multi-step forms, search filters, API integrations. The method doesn't change: written estimate first, billed in real 30-minute blocks.
