You need a WordPress tech. Now.
When your agency replies in two weeks and quotes €250 for a comma, here there's a senior dev who opens the email, estimates, and ships. No account manager, no PM, no tickets lost in the queue.
- !Site blocking the business: checkout, leads, bookings
- !Client waiting on a 'trivial' fix for 10 days
- !You need an honest technical opinion, not an inflated quote
- !You want one reachable person who does what they say
- !You have a small but critical task no one wants to take
- !Previous agency closed, vanished, or wants to rebuild everything
- 01Agencies that work on packages and avoid mini-tasks
- 02Random freelancers from platforms with no references
- 03Internal devs maxed out on larger projects
- 04Ticket-based models that reward the wrong speed (many replies, zero resolutions)
- 05Lack of site documentation (whoever built it has vanished)
- 06Fragile setup built years ago, never updated
A repeatable procedure, not guesswork.
- 01
Email with the problem
You write what you need. The more specific you are, the more accurate the estimate. No mandatory calls before an estimate.
- 02
Estimate within 48h (usually less for urgent)
Written hour range: '1–2 hours' or '3–6 hours'. Plus a note on known risks.
- 03
Site access
You share wp-admin or FTP credentials. If you have security concerns, they can be time-limited: revoked after the job.
- 04
Backup + work
Snapshot before touching. Remote work, async mode. Updates via email.
- 05
Delivery
Site fixed + detailed report of what was done. Always in plain language, never 'various fixes'.
- 06
Invoice
On real minutes. €45/hour, Italian VAT invoice, bank transfer. No surprises.
How much can it cost?
Indicative range. Final estimate after seeing the site.
Banner to hide, broken link, text to change in 5 languages. Same day if possible.
Feature fix, form repair, conflict debug, page restore.
Take back control of a site you've lost track of: audit + access + fixing the most urgent things.
The questions I always get.
01What do you mean by 'urgent'?
+
A request that blocks the business: site offline, contact form broken for days, checkout failing, pop-up stuck on the homepage. For urgent issues the reply usually arrives same day, not in 48 hours.
02Is there a surcharge for emergencies?
+
No. The rate stays a flat €45/hour. I move on urgent requests first, but I bill them like all others: real minutes, no surcharge.
03Do you work weekends or evenings?
+
I'm operative Mon–Fri, usually 9:00–18:00 CET. I don't guarantee weekend replies. For critical out-of-hours situations, send the email anyway: I find it at 8 AM Monday.
04What do you need to start right away?
+
wp-admin or FTP/SFTP access, hosting, domain. If you've lost even one of these, just say so: often it's recovered in half an hour.
